We are currently trying to work out an interesting DD site that I think would benefit everyone in HYIP. It is not 100% sure yet but I will let you know when I can release more details.

Octavian Holdings announced they would stop making payments for a period of 3 weeks. Hopefully after the 3 weeks is complete they do actually come back and make payments for the investors sake. Other than that not a whole lot else to report. Below is an article I included in a solo ad in EARLY Oct. but I see more people writing about it so I thought I would post it in the newsletter for the new subscribers and those that missed it.

The holidays are coming!!! Thanksgiving in the U.S.A has historically been the kick off of the holiday shopping season. Though over the last few years it seems like it is more like Labor day. I went into a store a couple of weeks ago and saw Christmas decorations already!!

People tend to need more money over the holidays for gifts, vacations, etc..

The reason I mention that is because Administrators that run HYIP programs need $$$ too. And if this year is like every other in HYIP you will probably see the collapse of some WELL known BIG HYIP programs in the last 2 months of the year.

Remember Ez-bucks last year? (That seems like a LOT longer than 10 months ago) Ez-bucks had over 16,000 accounts and over $7,000,000 in deposits according to there website. They closed up shop in December of last year right around the holidays. Leaving thousands of investors with the holiday blues.

In the coming weeks you will also see programs with names like "Holiday Cash" or "Christmas Gold". Which will no doubt be total scams yet every year investors fall for it. More and more huge % return programs will come out as well with claims of 500-1000% or more, in time for your holiday shopping. Of course those are scams as well. You may say well it is only $10 that isn't much to risk. Well, you have a ZERO % chance of getting money from a company like that, if you are ever tempted to do something like that, just take your $10 and buy some instant lottery tickets, or do a 10 team parlay bet on sports, or put the $10 on a trifecta at the horse track. At least you have a shot a winning rather than nothing.

HYIP programs admin. are people too. Although a lot of investors invest more in the company rather than the individual. A person's needs, wants, and greed can become a factor especially around the holidays. Just something to keep in mind as the holiday season approaches.

Fox Investments (http://www.fox-investments.com) had too high of a minimum for the $200 Test program however we did put $100 into the program. This past Monday we received our first interest payment which was for 6%. ($6)

WE ARE NOT SAYING that any program that doesn't provide us with the DD is a scam however we feel it is wiser to only invest when we know the DD of the company. If there are other HYIP newsletters or sites that have the DD we mentioned on the company and are willing to release it if the company has problems that is another bonus to HYIP investors.

The average HYIP investor who has $2000 or less to invest shouldn't be in more than 5-10 different programs to start off. And there are enough of those good programs out there that will allow Due Diligence, actually trade/gamble/pool your funds. I mean if your really looking to make money in the industry why mess with the scam programs. If you don't want to trade yourself, at least pick decent programs that ACTUALLY Invest YOUR money.

However Alley Cat performs Due Diligence on programs and will let our readers know of programs that have had a decent track record. In these cases we have personally spoken with the Program Admin., and will have the personal contact information available as well.

We bet $15 per trade. We limit ourselves to 2 losses in a row. We are going to stop playing daily trades for a little while we still have a net profit overall with them however we may have other $200 Test programs coming on soon so we are going to save some capital for that. They have HAD A VERY NICE RUN OVER THE LAST WEEK. Congrats to them and all those invested in Daily trades.

We have entered this program with a $40 deposit. We are going to compound each week for at least a month or two at which time we will make a withdrawal of some of the profits. For the purposes of the $200 Test any interest earned for the week will be included.

(Some losses are from Fall of 2002. Those companies are no longer listed on the $200 Test, however there losses were included in the above NET Results overall.)

We aren't too active right now in the DD programs and the $200 test due to the fact we are in kind of a wait and see mode with the new DD enhancements that may be coming down the road.
