GOLD PRICES/NEWS

GOLD PRICES have fallen on hard times and are down again pretty big. I wouldn't short Gold but I don't like it long either. I think it is possible to drop some more as it has broken its support. That $425 area in April looks like the Double Top set in. As stated in the earlier Newsletter...."I don't think it will go down dramatically however if it does break $390 an ounce I think $360-$370 an ounce or maybe a bit lower would be a possibility."

Nasdaq Profit Trading Update

As stated in our e-mail earlier this week, NPT ended the month of April with a horrible week last week of 0-4. I am also stated that I am offering a special for anyone interested in taking a look at the NPT trades through August. You will get NOW through the End of August for just $25. (Normally $25 a month) This special isn't mentioned on the NPT website, as it is for Alley Cat News readers only.

Currently we are 2-0 for the Month of May and have 3 trades remaining for May including 1 next week. This special is ONLY available until Sunday May 9th.

The chart below is of our trade that we placed on May 5th. The Blue horizontal line is where we needed the Nasdaq to be higher than 10 minutes before the close. The Green line is where our exit point was.

The trades have been very solid and anything over 60% a person can make some good money if they have solid money management.

These trades can be placed through Betonmarkets/Xodds, a Futures broker, or spread trading account.

Each month we will be offering on average 6-8 trades that have a past performance of up/down days of 63% or greater.

When you trade yourself you control your $$$$, if you are tired of HYIP's that change the rules after you invested, or just plain disappear you may want to look into trading for yourself.

Find your PASSION AND FIND YOUR $$$$!!! Part 1

Have you found your Passion yet?

Do you jump out of bed each morning ready to start the day? If not you probably haven't found your passion. What do you REALLY want to do with your life?

My Passion is helping people earn an income, whether it is through their own business or trading, showing them a better way to use their money or even HYIP.

I went on a charter fishing trip yesterday with my Brother. The fishing guide has found what he LOVES to do. He gets paid to go out every morning with people that WANT TO PAY HIM to help them Fish. Sure he is their to make money but he doesn't need to earn a million dollars a year to be happy. He is enjoying life each day that he goes out on his boat.

If he is wise with his money and uses it effectively that is even better. It doesn't matter if he makes $30,000 a year or $300,000 he found his passion!!! Life is so much sweeter if your work is your passion.

Assuming a person works 40 hours a week, 1/3 of your day is spent at your job. Why on earth would you want to be miserable for 1/3 of your life? That is no way to live.

Take some time this weekend and ask yourself if money was no object what would you do for a living? Find out what you are good at and what you hate to do. Don't just say I want to make money as money WILL NOT FOLLOW you if you are not Passionate about what you are doing. If you had a sales job but hate the product your company is selling or don't think it is worthwhile do you really think you would succeed long term in that job?

If you love what you do 8 hours of work flies by and feels like an hour or two. If you hate what you do an hour feels like 4-5 hours. Trust me I have been there. I hated one job I had so much I actually threw up each day prior to going to the job. That is no way to live as I knew I could do so much better.

Maybe you love what you do already and that is tremendous congrats on finding your passion. For those that haven't take the time to define what you REALLY want to do. We are 1/3 of the way through 2004 already, make the last 2/3 of 2004 your BEST EVER.

HYIP DUE DILIGENCE

Each company will be in a category. I personally will only invest in the companies that Pass DD.

Who is in the HYIP DD is up to YOU!!! Their are 100's upon 100's of HYIP's and their is no way I can cover them all. So if you know of an HYIP that you would like DD on you can forward their e-mail and website to me so I can send them an e-mail.

MANY HYIP DUE DILIGENCE WEBSITES HAVE FAILED IN THE PAST THIS ONE WILL NOT AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW SOME SIMPLE RULES.

1. NO DAILY PAYING PROGRAMS ALLOWED. I don't care if they have lasted a year plus. I don't like Daily payers and will NOT do DD on them. If a program offers daily, weekly and monthly they are still NOT ALLOWED. I will not deal with Daily payers at all. SO DON'T FORWARD THEM TO ME. The only type of daily payers that I will do is ones like daily trades where they tell you the exact trade they placed and if it wins you win if it loses you lose.

2. I will ONLY accept programs that pay on weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. Which means no daily payers and no programs that take more than 1 month to pay out.

3. The program that you forward to me must have a paying track record of at least 90 days! If it doesn't than don't forward it to me.

4. NO Batch games or coin flip stuff.

5. You may forward me companies only to alleycatdd2@yahoo.com

Why all the rules you ask? Well as I said in the past 98% of all HYIP's are scams or will eventually fail for one reason or another. I put in the rules to eliminate a good portion of the HYIP's out there that fail. (Maybe you think 80-90% fail, bottom line most do and I want to eliminate as many off the bat as possible)

You won't see hundreds of HYIP's listed in the DD section that just isn't going to happen. As I have said many times most HYIPers have less than $2000 to play with which means you shouldn't be in more than 5-10 MAX. anyway. Hopefully over time we will find some solid programs to add to the HYIP DD section.

A note on DD. DUE DILIGENCE DOES NOT EQUAL THE PROGRAM WILL LAST FOREVER. All DD does is weed out some of the scams. People that really want to scam people in HYIP can make false information available via DD etc.. SO NEVER INVEST MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE!! JUST BECAUSE IT PASSES DUE DILIGENCE DOES NOT MEAN ALLEY CAT NEWS ENDORSES THE PROGRAM. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY HYIP PROGRAM. INVEST AT YOUR OWN RISK.

If I get DD on a company it means that I have received a copy of a passport/driver's License, phone #, and utility bill with the Admin's address. I will than call the Admin. ask them some questions etc... I will also do some other checking as well.

HYIP Programs which we have DD on

JUST BECAUSE WE INVEST IN THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS IN NO WAY MEANS WE ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE PAYMENTS FROM THE PROGRAMS. WE ARE INVESTORS JUST LIKE YOU. WE HAVE DONE SOME INITIAL HYIP SCREENING BUT YOU NEED TO DO ADDITIONAL RESEARCH. WE WILL END UP GETTING SCAMMED BY SOME PROGRAMS THAT WE INVEST IN. THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT IS. HOWEVER WITH GOOD MONEY MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH HOPEFULLY WE WILL MAKE A PROFIT IN THE END.

1. EGOLDWEEKLY (http://www.egoldweekly.com)

I have the DD on this program and have spoken with the Admin. Trading is mostly options. I personally have done a $25 spend with the company. (I don't invest a lot into HYIP's I prefer to trade on my own I control my money) You can check out the website for all the details. I have been unable to check my history today however I have been paid by this company numerous times.

2. WISE GUY GOLD (http://www.wg-gold.com)

I have the DD on this program and have spoken with the Admin. Returns are based on sports betting. I had a $50 spend with this company and I was paid out 30% return for my cycle. This program is no longer accepting new clients and will be closing its doors to investors period except for the bigger investors they have a good working relationship with. IF YOU HAVE AN INVESTMENT WITH THIS PROGRAM AND HAVE NOT BEEN PAID AND ARE DUE TO BE PAID PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Currently I have no outstanding investment with them. After this month I will delete them from our group as their is no point leaving them up as no one can invest with them.

HYIP Programs that REFUSED DD

These companies were all contacted with a request that they provide DD so that we could check them out and put them into the Newsletter. These companies SAID NO to DD for one reason or another. THESE ARE COMPANIES I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! REMEMBER 98%+ OF ALL HYIP'S ARE SCAMS WE ARE TRYING TO FIND THE 2% THAT ARE LEGIT!!

1. APXPRO

UPDATE: They claim to be under DDOS attack.
It's been over a month since trouble appeared on the horizon of APXPRO and very few people still think that this "DDOS attack" is real and that the manager of the program has no access to his system.

4. COM-SHARES

UPDATE: After they were offline and not trading for a week late last month. Earlier this week they Claim they had a horrible day and lost 98% of their month in DAY!! Talk about bad money management. Once a company starts to have ANY kind problems GET OUT!!!

5. INFINITE FINANCIAL GROUP

UPDATE: Claimed they were hacked, have not made payments and Yahoo Forum has been closed.

HYIP Programs that NEVER RESPONDED TO DD

These companies were all contacted with a request that they provide DD so that we could check them out and put them into the Newsletter. These companies NEVER RESPONDED to the request. Which personally I feel is WORSE than saying NO to the DD, the reason being if they aren't even willing to respond, than they won't respond to their investors either when times get tough. They were all given a minimum of 4 days to respond before being put into this section. THESE ARE COMPANIES I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! REMEMBER 98%+ OF ALL HYIP'S ARE SCAMS WE ARE TRYING TO FIND THE 2% THAT ARE LEGIT!!

That is just a sample of the updates that we will be doing each week. Some weeks we have more some less. Please refer any companies you think would pass our DD test to alleycatdd2@yahoo.com make sure they follow the above rules!!

Please remember Alley Cat News NEVER Recommends ANY program even if we do get the DD on them. This is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We do invest in some of the programs BUT ONLY IF WE GET THE DD FROM THE COMPANIES. If we can't get the DD from the company we pass on investing in them. We feel that in order to get our hard earned money they need to show us they are for real with the DD. The average HYIP investor who has $2000 or less to invest shouldn't be in more than 5-10 different programs to start off. And there are enough of those good programs out there that will allow Due Diligence, actually trade/gamble/pool your funds. I mean if your really looking to make money in the industry why mess with the scam programs. If you don't want to trade yourself, at least pick decent programs that ACTUALLY Invest YOUR money.
