GOLD PRICES GOT WHACKED late last week going down about $20 an ounce and blowing through the $414 minor support. The long term chart still points up, but we need gold to remain above $400 an ounce FOR SURE!! If I was a Gold trader I would probably try and go long Gold around $405-$407 per ounce if we get that low again. And I would abandon my Gold long position a couple of bucks below $400 an ounce. (THAT WAS NOT A RECOMMENDATION AT ALL! I AM ONLY STATING THE TRADE I WOULD PLACE IF I WAS A GOLD TRADER WHICH I AM NOT!!)

Nasdaq Profit Trading Update

Nasdaq Profit Trading had 2 more wins last week!!! Our current record for the month of January is an impressive 5 wins and 1 loss. And since October our record is 20 wins and 8 losses or 71% WINNERS!! A winning rate over 60% produces a great deal of profits. If you would like to purchase the Nasdaq Profit Trades for the entire year the Deadline is the end of January. That option will not be available after that time. I will be only offering the month to month option at that point. We have 2 more trades set for January.

The trades have been very solid and anything over 60% a person can make some good money if they have solid money management.

I do have to limit the # of people receiving the trades and I have decided that after January the $99 option for the entire year will not be available. After this month you will only be able to purchase the trades on a monthly basis. I do have to limit the # of $99 options as well.

HYIP PROGRAMS

Netpay's website now has the following message posted on there site...... "January 21th 2004 - Please stand by while NetPay.tv is configuring the servers for the next 24 hours. NetPay thanks you for your continuing patience. "

Hopefully they will be back to business over the next day or two.

Nova-lights (Star Game, Pegasus,TMA) main website has been back up and down since our last Newsletter. However many things have developed since that time.

For one they have reduced the rate of return on the investments quite a bit. They also stated that the withdrawals were $2 million for December prior to there DDOS attack. However after the attack people began to panic and the withdrawals went up to $7 million. Because of that they decided to use Evocash instead of Egold for withdrawals. Also rather than process the withdrawals because they would have to get the funds out of there Forex account they decided to freeze withdrawals of initial investments for 1 year.

Some Nova-light members are just waiting patiently for more information etc... Other members are EXTREMELY UPSET, over the new changes. Some of these people don't belong in HYIP in the first place as they are investing money that is borrowed etc... THAT ISN'T SMART PEOPLE DON'T DO IT, I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THE COMPANY LOOKS. I can understand why some are upset though with Nova-lights changing the rules in mid stream. IT IS THE INVESTORS MONEY NOT NOVA-LIGHTS. NL is getting the OPPORTUNITY to trade it and earn $$$ for themselves by trading Other Peoples Money. But that doesn't give them the right to hold the initial investment hostage just so they can keep a huge trading account.

If they TRULY have the funds available to the people that want the withdrawals they should honor them. Withdraw the money from the Forex account and pay back the investors that want there initial investment back at least. Yes it would take some time but you could make an announcement saying trading is suspended right now for 30 days as we process the withdrawals. Setup a deadline for the people that want there money out and start processing them. If there is a fee to deposit into Evocash you can charge that to the people that want to withdrawal. The way Nova-lights handled this situation was bad from the start in my opinion. There will be people that will stay with NL and won't ask for a withdrawal. What I don't think NL gets yet is IT ISN'T NL'S MONEY, IT IS THERE INVESTORS!!!

Because of the way that NL dealt with the situation now they have members who are talking about getting lawyers involved calling there government agencies to report NL etc... You have program admins. located in the U.S.A and the owner supposedly in Australia, both countries tend to be pretty tough on HYIP stuff.

Personally I have never invested in NL so have no money with them but have seen other companies that run into trouble get in trouble with Government agencies once the problems start. I hope NL gets through this and lasts FOREVER, but too many red flags have been put up lately in order for it to run smoothly long term in my opinion. If the NL really had $7 million in withdrawals requested it means they must have probably $10-$20 million or more of actual deposits. Governments are usually quite interested in larger numbers like that. Also how much do you really need to trade in the Forex market when is enough, enough? Why not go private already and protect yourself down the road a bit better.

If they had $10,000,000 in deposits and earned just 5% a month over and above what they were paying out that is $500,000 of profit of each and every month. Isn't that enough to split with the owner, admin, and traders?

The owner and admin of the NL may be very honest but they dropped the ball on handling this. But it isn't too late if they decide to do things right and realize that its the INVESTORS $$$. If they handle it correctly the investors will come back even with the lowered rates, but handling it incorrectly I don't know if they will be around long term.

I know some of you are NL investors and you may not like what you just read. I am sorry about that like I said I want NL to survive be around for a LONG TIME to come but unless they change the direction they are currently heading I don't see that happening at least that is my opinion.

The Changes in NL also will have a trickle down effect in other HYIP's especially pooling programs. I would be careful with ANY HYIP investing over the next 30 days until the NL shakes itself out a bit more.

In that Newsletter we will give you instructions on how to submit a program to Due Diligence and what we will be doing exactly etc.. PLEASE DO NOT refer any companies to us at this time please wait until the January 28th Newsletter for all the details. Thank you for your patience on this matter we want to provide solid information instead of rushing into a program with blinders on.

2004 can be the year of Financial freedom if you want it to be. But you need to be a smart/informed investor.

The average HYIP investor who has $2000 or less to invest shouldn't be in more than 5-10 different programs to start off. And there are enough of those good programs out there that will allow Due Diligence, actually trade/gamble/pool your funds. I mean if your really looking to make money in the industry why mess with the scam programs. If you don't want to trade yourself, at least pick decent programs that ACTUALLY Invest YOUR money.

WE HAVE DONE SOME INITIAL HYIP SCREENING BUT YOU NEED TO DO ADDITIONAL RESEARCH. WE WILL END UP GETTING SCAMMED BY SOME PROGRAMS THAT WE INVEST IN. THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT IS. HOWEVER WITH GOOD MONEY MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH HOPEFULLY WE WILL MAKE A PROFIT IN THE END.

We are currently in the following programs for our $200 TEST.

All programs that we invest $$$ in for the $200 TEST, we have the program Admin. Phone #, Copy of Driver's License, and copy of utility bill. We do Due Diligence on all programs that we invest our money into.

Due to the fact that we may be adding some additional programs to the $200 Test we decided to preserve our capital and have not made any new spends to any program at this time. Over the last week or so they have been doing much better with there picks. We will probably revisit them when our new DD site is up.

2. Daily-Trades

We bet $15 per trade. We limit ourselves to 2 losses in a row. We are going to stop playing daily trades for a little while we still have a net profit overall with them however we may have other $200 Test programs coming on soon so we are going to save some capital for that.

Daily trades announced last week that they had 75% loss for the week in their weekly trading fund. I have spoken with the Admin. and they do not plan on offering a weekly/monthly trading program again and will stick only with the daily/evening selection that they have been doing for the past year. (75% + investment back on winning trades) They also stated to me that most of the people that did invest in the weekly fund are in profit. Those few that aren't in profit yet they will pay them back over the course of time through profits they earn on the daily/evening trades. I believe that the Admin. is honest and if he says he will pay those that aren't in profit yet back I believe him. (Not many people in this industry would I give that benefit of a doubt to.) If you are someone who was in the WEEKLY FUND and you are not in profit, please e-mail me with the % you are still down so I can keep tabs on it for you. Alley Cat never did enter the weekly fund we only played the daily/evening trades. If things change with the Admin. I will release the DD information but at this point I don't believe that is of benefit to anyone.

3. Cash Domain Pool

We have joined this program for $20. Total received so far is 70.7% or $14.14 Payouts are each Monday. They have moved there domain to the above address. Also the Minimum spend is now $50. DUE TO THE NOVA LIGHTS CHANGES NO NEW DEPOSITS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY CASHDOMAIN. They have a decent amount of their capital in that program.

4. Steady Growth Traders

We have entered this program with a $40 deposit. We are going to compound each week for at least a month or two at which time we will make a withdrawal of some of the profits. Steady Growth Traders (SGT) returned 2% profit since last update.

(Some losses are from Fall of 2002. Those companies are no longer listed on the $200 Test, however there losses were included in the above NET Results overall.)

We aren't too active right now in the DD programs and the $200 test due to the fact we are in kind of a wait and see mode with the new DD enhancements that will be coming in late Jan 2004.
